Darius Jones Trio
Darius Jones is one of the most critically acclaimed alto saxophonists and composers currently working in Jazz, avant-garde & Black music. He's known for collaborations with Matthew Shipp, William Parker, Matana Roberts, Fay Victor, and more. He was featured on the cover of The Wire magazine for fLuXkit Vancouver (-i-t-s suite but sacred), a monumental album written and recorded at the Western Front in Vancouver, featuring drummer Gerald Cleaver and some of Vancouver's most lauded musicians.
